Celebration of Life Service • Cornell Rowan, Sr.

We gather to honor the life and legacy of Mr. Cornell E. Rowan, Sr., a beloved son of Atlanta whose earthly journey came to a close on November 4, 2025. With reverence for tradition and gratitude for a life well-lived, Fairfield Baptist Church will host his Homegoing Celebration on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, right here at 6133 Redan Road, Lithonia, GA.

This sacred service will be streamed live for family, friends, and loved ones near and far who desire to stand with the Rowan family in spirit. Together we will reflect on his strength, his stories, his impact, and the quiet ways he blessed those around him.

Following the service, interment will take place at Hillandale Memorial Gardens, where we will commend him to God’s keeping with the hope and confidence of our faith.
